Lemon Fizz
1 ½ oz Lemon Shine
½ oz of simple syrup
½ oz lemon juice
Add all ingredients in a shaker, pour in over ice in rimmed glass.
Top with soda water!
When Life Gives You Lemons
2 oz of Lemon Shine
Bar spoon of simple syrup
4 slices of strawberries
Muddle strawberries. Add Lemon Shine and simple syrup. Shake vigorously. Pour into a highball glass.
Top with Lemon San Pellegrino. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

1 oz Blackberry Bramble
1 oz Lemon Shine
Top with Lemon San Pellegrino
Garnish with lemon wheel and serve in a highball glass.
