Beautiful Stranger

2 oz of Blueberry Shine
Splash of simple syrup
2 dashes of chocolate bitters

Mix all ingredients, shake and strain. Top with soda water.

Garnish with blueberries.

Blueberry Soda

2 oz of Blueberry Shine

Top with Sprite.

Garnish with a cherry.

Violet Beauregarde

2 oz of Blueberry shine
1 lemon wedge
2 teaspoons of sugar in the raw
Handful of blueberries

In a cocktail shaker, muddle lemon and sugar. Add blueberries and muddle until all the blueberries are crushed.

Pour in the Blueberry shine, add ice, cover and shake vigorously. Strain cocktail over ice.

Top with ginger beer and garnish with more blueberries.
