Here are typical Pennsylvania wedding costs for the following vendors:

Venue - $1,500-$10,000+
This one varies a lot based on what’s include, location, popularity/demand, etc.
DJ - $800-$3,000
Range based on experience & talent. Do you want a DJ just to play a list of songs or to mix?
Photographer - $2,100-$8,000+
Based on style, demand, experience.
Videographer - $3,000-$10,000+
Range based on deliverables, style, quality. Do you want a home video or a produced mini-movie?
Shuttle to local hotel - $900-$1,200
Not much variation here because a bus is a bus is a bus.
Florals - $900-$8,000+
Range is obviously based on quantity needed, types of flowers, extent of creative design & installation.
Decor - … could be anything! :)
Decor encompasses too much to even estimate… linens, furniture rentals, specialty tableware, etc
Food - $ 20-120+ per person
Variables within the food category are pretty self-explanatory… quality, presentation, creativity, cost of ingredients.
Beverage - $15-48 per person
Range is based on what’s included… non-alcoholic drinks only, full-bar, cash bar, well drinks, or top shelf?

So for a 75 guest wedding in PA your costs could be anywhere from $12,000 - $58,000 +++
