Noble Bourbon Cocktail Recipes

Bourbon Mule

1½ oz Noble Bourbon
½ oz of lime juice
½ oz of simple syrup

Add all ingredients to shaker. Strain over fresh ice.

Top with ginger beer. Garnish with mint and a lime wheel.

Noble Sour

2 oz of Noble Bourbon
¾ oz of lemon juice
½ oz of simple syrup
1 egg white

Shake vigorously, strain into coupe glass.

Top with three dashes of bitters.

Birds of a Feather

Build this drink in copper mug.

3 mint leaves 
2 lime wedges
2 blackberries

Muddle all together.

Add ice and 2 oz of Noble Bourbon. Top with ginger beer. 

Garnish with a mint sprig.

Little Rye Lies

.75 oz of simple syrup
2 lemon wheels
4 mint leaves 

Muddle all together.

Add 2 oz of Noble Bourbon, shake vigorously.

Pour over fresh ice in rocks glass.

Garnish with a mint leaf.

Thyme Will Tell

2 oz of Noble Bourbon
.5 oz of maple syrup
.5 oz of fresh lemon juice
Thyme

Muddle thyme. Add all other ingredients. Shake and strain into glass.

Garnish with a lemon peel and thyme.

Notorious F.I.G.

1.5 oz of Noble Bourbon
.25 oz of lemon juice
1 oz of fig jam
.5 oz of cinnamon simple syrup

Combine all ingredients, shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass.

Garnish with lemon wheel.

Nomad Mint Julep

2 oz of Noble Bourbon
1 oz of simple syrup
Mint sprigs 

Muddle 3-5 Mint sprigs and simple syrup together in a shaker, add bourbon. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over ice in a rocks glass.

Garnish with mint sprig.

Campfire Sling

2 oz of Noble Bourbon
.25 oz of maple syrup
3 dashes of chocolate bitters

Garnish with a scorched orange peel.

The Kicking Mule

Build this drink in a copper mug

2 oz of Noble Bourbon
1 oz of lime juice
1 blood orange wedge
2 slices of jalapeño
3 mint leaves
Ginger beer

Muddle blood orange wedge, jalapeño and mint leaves together in a copper mug. Fill with ice, pour bourbon, lime juice. Top with ginger beer and stir. Garnish with a blood orange slice.
